I have lived in Kaitaia all my life and at aged 16 worked in banking for 3 ½ years when our first child was born. I did relief work for them over the years and then when our children got older I held roles within a Primary School and later at an Accountants.
In 2000 my late husband, Ian, and I took over the local AMP Insurance business and operated it as a team until Ian’s untimely death from cancer in 2012. At this time Tony Walker took over and due to my love of the work and especially the clients I have continued on in a part-time role, now being under Wealthpoint North.
We have 3 awesome children and 4 adorable grand-children.
